Gatik has raised $200 million in Series D financing to accelerate deployment of its autonomous trucking platform across major retail, grocery and consumer packaged goods supply chains. The round was led by Qatar Investment Authority and Koch Disruptive Technologies, with participation from Millennium Management, ARK Invest, Intact Private Capital and other investors.
Gatik has generated more than $600 million in contracted revenue and completed approximately 85,000 fully driverless orders.
The company also reports a 99% on-time delivery rate across its operations.
Gatik focuses on high-frequency regional freight routes connecting distribution centers with stores, positioning autonomous trucks within repetitive commercial networks rather than long-haul transportation.
Its AI-first autonomous vehicle technology operates across both highways and surface streets and can dynamically adjust routes in response to changing demand, distribution center activity and pickup or delivery requirements.
Dozens of Gatik driverless trucks are already operating across North America, and the company plans to expand that fleet into the thousands over the coming years.
The company currently moves freight for Fortune 50 retailers, grocers and CPG companies across Texas, Arizona, Arkansas and Canada.
The Series D will support expansion of that commercial footprint as Gatik seeks to scale its autonomous freight model across more customer supply chains.
