GCL Global Holdings announced that its publishing subsidiary, 4Divinity, has received an additional $9 million strategic investment from ADATA Technology at a valuation of $350 million.
The investment was completed at $3.50 per share and expands ADATA’s financial backing of the gaming publisher following several investments over the past year.
ADATA initially invested $3 million in 4Divinity in December 2025, followed by $10 million in January 2026 and another $10 million in May 2026. Including the latest financing, ADATA has announced a total of $32 million in investments in the company.
4Divinity plans to use the new capital to acquire high-profile global game titles, advance its digital distribution platform and strengthen its position in international game publishing.
The companies are also pursuing a broader strategic relationship combining ADATA’s hardware capabilities with 4Divinity’s expanding portfolio of gaming intellectual property.
Through the partnership, ADATA and 4Divinity intend to develop integrated gaming experiences that connect hardware innovation with game content.
ADATA is a global provider of memory and storage products, while 4Divinity operates as the publishing subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed GCL Global Holdings.
GCL said its broader gaming and entertainment ecosystem brings together content and hardware to help creators distribute experiences to gaming communities worldwide, with a particular strategic focus on the growing Asian gaming market.
The latest investment provides 4Divinity with additional capital to expand its game portfolio and distribution capabilities while deepening its relationship with ADATA as the companies explore opportunities spanning gaming content and hardware.
