GCubed Enterprises acquired RightDirection Technology Solutions, expanding its information technology and cybersecurity capabilities across the U.S. Federal government.
RightDirection Technology Solutions, also known as RDTS, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of GCubed.
The company said RDTS’s contracts, customers, employees, and ongoing work will continue without interruption following the acquisition.
GCubed said the transaction expands its technical capabilities, broadens its Federal customer relationships, and strengthens its ability to compete for and execute larger mission-critical programs.
The deal also adds contract vehicles, agency relationships, and cleared personnel that complement GCubed’s existing portfolio.
GCubed is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides information technology and cybersecurity services to Federal agencies.
The company has operated for more than 12 years and said the acquisition reflects a strategy of combining organic growth with selective, complementary transactions.
RDTS provides IT and cybersecurity services to Federal customers.
Following the acquisition, RDTS will retain its prime contracts, past performance credentials, and customer relationships.
GCubed said maintaining those existing relationships is intended to support continuity for customers, employees, and partners throughout the transition.
The acquisition also gives GCubed a broader platform for pursuing opportunities across additional Federal organizations.
