Generation Lab: $11 Million Seed Round Raised To Advance Adoption Of SystemAge Longevity Diagnostic

Generation Lab, a pioneer in longevity science, announced the completion of an $11 million seed funding round, bringing its total funding to $15 million and placing it among the top 1% of all startup seed raises. The funding round was led by Accel, with participation from Samsung Next, Zone2, Aoki Labs (founded by EDM artist Steve Aoki), Build Your Legacy Ventures (founded by NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo), and Markham Valley Ventures (founded by actor Simu Liu).

The funding will accelerate the adoption and expansion of SystemAge, Generation Lab’s proprietary biological age diagnostic platform that quantifies the health of 19 organ systems from intact primary blood data. The company has rapidly scaled since its launch less than a year ago, achieving 99.9% diagnostic accuracy, signing partnerships with over 275 clinics worldwide, and collecting more than 300 million aging-related data points.

SystemAge represents a major leap forward in longevity diagnostics, advancing beyond current “biological clock” models by using a systems-based approach rooted in the discovery of the physiologic non-linear curve of DNA methylation aging. This breakthrough allows clinicians and individuals to measure, monitor, and potentially reverse biological aging with precision and clinical relevance.

Generation Lab’s diagnostic platform is now trusted across academic medical centers, performance medicine clinics, and wellness practices, with early adopters including prominent longevity researchers and medical professionals such as Professors David Sinclair and George Church of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Adeel Khan, Dr. Michael Roizen, and Aubrey de Grey. The company’s early success underscores the growing demand for proactive, data-driven approaches to health optimization and lifespan extension.

In addition to expanding its partnerships, Generation Lab is advancing clinical research to validate the real-world impact of SystemAge. Recent studies have shown that individuals undergoing regenerative therapies such as MUSE Stemcell treatment experienced 13.6 years of brain age reversal and 4.9 years of reproductive system rejuvenation, while anti-inflammatory diets, fasting, and optimized exercise protocols demonstrated measurable improvements in heart and immune system biological age.

KEY QUOTES:

“We’re witnessing a fundamental shift from reactive to proactive healthcare—led by consumers. Our explosive growth, from zero to 275+ clinic partners in under a year, demonstrates that both clinicians and consumers are hungry for actionable aging insights. This funding allows us to accelerate our mission of making longevity diagnostics the standard of care globally. We’re not just measuring aging; we’re creating the roadmap to reverse it.”

Alina Su, CEO and Co-founder, Generation Lab

“Generation Lab is shaping the future of the longevity industry. Alina, Michael, and Irina are building with conviction and credibility in a space that demands both. Their SystemAge platform combines solid science with strong commercial progress, creating a new category in data-driven healthcare. This is only the beginning.”

Kerry Wang, Partner, Accel

“What sets SystemAge apart is our systems-based approach to aging measurement using what we’re calling ‘biological noise.’ While other platforms offer disease biomarkers, we’ve developed the first preventive health test detecting signals before symptoms appear. This is the most comprehensive aging diagnostic, analyzing how multiple organ systems age in concert. Our proprietary algorithms, trained on hundreds of millions of data points, don’t just tell you how old you are—they reveal which specific systems are aging fastest and provide precise interventions to reverse the process.”
