GenNx360 Capital Partners Closes Record $865 Million Fund IV As Realizations Top $2 Billion In 2.5 Years

GenNx360 Capital Partners has closed its fourth flagship fund with $865 million in commitments, exceeding its target and marking the largest fundraise in the private equity firm’s history.

GenNx360 Capital Partners IV will continue targeting lower middle-market industrial services and business services companies.

Investors include existing and new pensions, asset managers, insurers, foundations and family offices.

The fund has already completed five investments spanning infrastructure services, testing and inspection, aerospace and defense, and IT services.

Fund IV also completed the exit of its initial investment, Precision Aviation Group, in May 2026.

GenNx360 said it has generated more than $1.3 billion of realizations across its funds during the past 12 months and over $2 billion during the past two and a half years.

Founded in 2006, GenNx360 manages approximately $3 billion and focuses on operational improvements and buy-and-build strategies.
