GenServe has completed four acquisitions that expand its backup power platform into the Pacific Northwest while adding uninterruptible power supply capabilities and additional service capacity in several existing markets.
The acquired companies are D Square Energy, Static Power, Alternative Power Solutions and 1st Class Generator Services.
Seattle-based D Square Energy gives GenServe its first operating presence in the Pacific Northwest.
The business adds experienced technicians and established regional customer relationships to GenServe’s national service network.
New Jersey-based Static Power expands GenServe’s East Coast capabilities in UPS system maintenance, repair and distribution.
Combining those services with GenServe’s existing generator, transfer switch and systems-integration capabilities is intended to provide customers with a broader emergency-power offering.
GenServe also acquired Orlando-based Alternative Power Solutions and Houston-based 1st Class Generator Services.
Those transactions add technicians and local market capabilities to GenServe’s existing operations in Florida and Texas.
The four acquisitions continue GenServe’s strategy of building a broader national backup-power platform while maintaining the local customer relationships and technical expertise of acquired businesses.
