Genspark: $300 Million Series B Raised, $100 Million ARR Crossed, And AI Workspace 2.0 Launched

Genspark announced the launch of AI Workspace 2.0, positioning the release as a step toward “operational autonomy,” in which AI agents can plan and execute multi-step work end-to-end across common knowledge-worker outputs. The Palo Alto-based company said the platform is designed to reduce friction in modern work, which often involves repeated prompting, tool switching, manual formatting, and handoffs between drafts and systems.

The product update arrives as Genspark reports a major growth milestone. The company said it has surpassed a $100 million annual run rate in nine months and has closed a $300 million Series B round, calling the pace one of the fastest growth trajectories in the AI industry. Genspark also said it has raised $460 million in total funding to date, with backers that include Emergence Capital Partners, LG, SBI, UpHonest, and Temasek’s Pavilion Capital.

At the core of AI Workspace 2.0 is an approach Genspark describes as outcome-based execution. Rather than focusing on prompt-by-prompt assistance, the company said teams can specify the desired outcome and rely on agents to coordinate the workflow from start to finish across slides, media creation, email tasks, and voice-driven input.

Genspark highlighted several new and upgraded modules, it says are designed to make that workflow more automatic. Speakly, a new voice-to-text application for macOS and Windows, is designed to convert real-time speech into clean, formatted text while enabling voice-triggered agents. The company also said Speakly supports enterprise use with zero data retention. AI Inbox 2.0 targets repetitive email work, including triage and bulk cleanup, by enabling custom automation workflows. AI Slides Creative Mode is designed to convert a prompt into a presentation-ready deck with a more artistic output style. AI Media Agents are designed to produce finished creative assets, including images, videos, audio, and music.

The company is also emphasizing early enterprise traction. Since the late November launch of Genspark for Business, which includes Team and Enterprise plans, Genspark said more than 1,000 organizations in consulting, advertising, and other industries have started using the platform and are reporting strong ROI. Genspark framed the adoption as a shift from experimenting with standalone AI tools toward deploying AI as a standardized layer across teams through repeatable workflows.

Alongside product expansion, Genspark said it is scaling operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, and formally announced expansion into Japan. The company said it has already built a local team that includes customer support and customer success resources, with plans to continue hiring in the coming quarters. Genspark also pointed to a use case from ADK Marketing Solutions Inc., saying teams there have achieved roughly an 80% reduction in data analysis and document creation workloads over the past few months using the platform.

Genspark describes its broader mission as building agentic AI for more than one billion knowledge workers. The company said it orchestrates more than 70 AI models and aims to translate business objectives into finished deliverables across a wide range of formats, from boardroom presentations and financial models to client-ready documents and full-stack applications. It also said it has partnerships with major AI and cloud providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, and Microsoft.

KEY QUOTES

“Genspark has built an all-in-one AI Workspace where agents don’t just assist, they autonomously plan and execute to deliver finished outcomes across voice, inbox, and creation tools. Surpassing $100 million in ARR in just nine months is proof that this is quickly becoming the default way modern knowledge workers get work done. That demand is exactly why AI Workspace 2.0 matters: it makes the leap from creation capabilities to operational autonomy, turning email into automated workflows with AI Inbox, bringing a true desktop voice entry point with Speakly, and delivering major upgrades to slides, images, and video.”
