By Amit Chowdhry ● Aug 7, 2025

GeoWealth, a turnkey asset management platform (TAMP), has raised $38 million in a Series C funding round led by Apollo Global Management. This funding includes a convertible note investment from BlackRock, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors.

GeoWealth and Apollo have formed a strategic partnership to provide registered investment advisors (RIAs) with customizable public-private model portfolios. The collaboration will integrate GeoWealth’s unified managed account (UMA) technology with Apollo’s private market offerings, enabling the creation of more efficient multi-asset portfolios.

The funds will strengthen GeoWealth’s UMA capabilities, supporting product development and team expansion to meet growing client demand. Additionally, GeoWealth has acquired the TAMP assets from Freedom Advisors as part of this funding round.

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison served as legal counsel to Apollo. Baker & McKenzie and Depew Gillen Rathbun & McInteer served as legal counsel to GeoWealth.
