GetWhys, an AI-powered platform focused on helping B2B go-to-market teams turn buyer insights into revenue-driving actions, announced it has raised $5.2 million in an oversubscribed funding round. The round was led by EPIC Ventures, with participation from CEAS Investments, Portland Seed Fund, and existing investors Next Frontier Capital, Tuesday Capital, and Capital Eleven. The latest financing brings the company’s total funding to $8.5 million.
The new capital will be used to accelerate go-to-market efforts, expand product development, and further build out the company’s proprietary dataset. GetWhys’ platform is designed to bridge the gap between buyer research and execution by converting verified customer insights into messaging, positioning, and enablement that directly support revenue outcomes. The platform is already being used by enterprise customers, including Intel, Verizon, and CDW.
Over the past year, the company has doubled its headcount to 16 employees, increased revenue by more than 10x, and expanded its customer base by more than 20x. GetWhys positions its offering as a solution to what it calls the “research-to-work gap,” in which insights are often generated too slowly or are disconnected from execution, leading to ineffective messaging and missed market opportunities.
The company’s platform integrates a proprietary database of in-depth B2B buyer interviews with AI models that translate insights into actionable outputs for product marketing and go-to-market teams. By aligning research and execution into a single workflow, GetWhys aims to help organizations ground decisions and customer interactions in real buyer intelligence.
KEY QUOTES:
“In an era where foundational models are disrupting the traditional approach to SaaS, we’re particularly excited about the quality-in-output difference GetWhys delivers from their proprietary dataset.”
Craig Jeppson, Principal, EPIC Ventures
“The goal was never faster insights for their own sake. The goal was to collapse the distance between insight and output your team can actually use. Every PMM we’ve talked to describes the same problem: by the time the external research arrives, the moment has passed. GetWhys closes that gap — and our insight advantage is compounding with every passing month.”
Philippe Boutros, CEO and Co-founder, GetWhys
