gFiber Unveils New Brand Identity As Fiber Internet Provider Expands Across 19 States

gFiber, formerly known as Google Fiber and GFiber, has introduced a new brand identity featuring an updated logo, typography and a new color palette as the fiber internet provider enters its next stage of expansion.

The new identity uses teal, fuchsia, gold and orange and will roll out across gFiber’s website, communications, service vehicles, community locations and other customer touchpoints. Service, speeds and pricing are not changing as part of the rebrand.

The company is using the refreshed branding as it continues expanding its fiber network and introducing newer networking technology in additional markets.

In California, gFiber recently brought multi-gig internet service and Wi-Fi 7 to Irvine while also deploying what it describes as a new multifamily network experience at Pacifica Place.

gFiber began in 2010 as a Google experiment intended to accelerate development of the gigabit internet market. The company has since expanded into gigabit and multi-gig services and currently serves customers across 19 states, with additional expansion planned.

The provider said it has maintained its monthly internet prices without rate increases for more than a decade.

While the visual identity is changing, gFiber said its broader operating priorities remain focused on network speed, reliability, customer service and continued technology investment.

The new branding will be progressively introduced throughout the company’s existing and future markets as gFiber builds out additional fiber infrastructure.

KEY QUOTES:

“A brand is more than a collection of colors and logos — it’s the way we show up for our customers every day. We’re excited to share our new look, but our core values stay the same: uncompromising standards for speed and reliability, phenomenal customer experience, and continuous innovation.”
