GHK Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of USA Hometown Experts, a Memphis-based multi-trade residential and commercial services platform operating across the Southeastern U.S.
USA Hometown provides HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other essential services through eight local brands. The company’s portfolio includes businesses with roots dating back as far as 1908 and serves both residential and commercial customers.
GHK plans to support USA Hometown’s expansion into additional markets, broaden the range of trades offered to customers, and pursue strategic acquisitions across the fragmented home and commercial services market.
The investment also provides additional resources for USA Hometown to expand opportunities for its technicians and employees while maintaining the local brands and customer relationships that have helped drive the company’s growth.
USA Hometown CEO Bill Sublette will continue leading the business. The company plans to build on its existing operating platform while using GHK’s experience in facility services and middle-market investing to pursue its next phase of expansion.
GHK focuses on control investments in industrial companies across North America. The firm said USA Hometown fits its strategy through its multi-trade service model, presence in attractive Southeastern markets, and potential for both organic growth and additional acquisitions.
