Glacis Labs Raises $6.8 Million To Scale ZeroDelta Digital Asset Clearing Platform

Glacis Labs raised $6.8 million in seed funding to expand ZeroDelta, its multichain clearinghouse designed to match, net, and settle digital asset transactions across blockchain networks. The round was led by Lightspeed Faction, with participation from Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures, Again, formerly known as IDC Ventures, Protein Capital, and Techni Ventures. Glacis Labs plans to use the funding to expand its team, scale operations, and accelerate the commercial rollout of ZeroDelta.

ZeroDelta has settled more than $1 billion in digital asset volume and is operating at a $1.5 billion annualized run rate across more than 40 blockchain networks. The platform is initially focused on stablecoin transactions but was built to support additional assets, including tokenized securities, real-world assets, and foreign exchange products.

The clearinghouse sits above the blockchain bridges and transport systems that move tokens between networks. Instead of routing every transaction separately, ZeroDelta matches opposing flows internally and transfers only the remaining net balance onchain, potentially reducing costs, slippage, and operational complexity.

Each ZeroDelta settlement uses non-custodial, atomic delivery and produces a cryptographic receipt. The company said the system is designed so that transactions either settle completely or do not occur, reducing custody risk and improving auditability for institutions.

Glacis Core, the company’s cross-chain messaging layer, and AirLift, its token transportation layer, operate beneath ZeroDelta to handle routing and movement between blockchains. Together, the products provide infrastructure for stablecoin issuers, financial institutions, and protocols developing tokenized assets.

Glacis Labs believes growing stablecoin adoption and emerging regulatory frameworks are increasing demand for institutional-grade blockchain settlement infrastructure. The company expects ZeroDelta to serve as a clearing layer for a broader range of onchain financial activity as tokenized markets mature.

KEY QUOTES:

“The next decade of finance is going to settle onchain, but the rails to do it at an institutional scale do not exist yet. ZeroDelta is the clearinghouse that makes it possible. We are starting with stablecoins because that is where the volume is today, and we are building toward a future where tokenized securities and real-world assets clear on the same infrastructure.”
