Global AI Secures $441 Million J.P. Morgan-Led Financing To Expand Sovereign AI Infrastructure

Global AI has secured $441 million in senior secured financing led and arranged by J.P. Morgan, marking the sovereign AI infrastructure company’s first debt financing. The facility also included participation from a group of additional lenders.

Founded in 2024, Global AI designs, builds and operates dedicated, single-tenant, air-gapped AI infrastructure for sensitive AI training and inference workloads.

The company targets governments and enterprises seeking control over their data, infrastructure and operations while using hyperscale computing infrastructure.

Global AI said it currently has $6.2 billion in contracted revenue, including $1 billion of contracted revenue tied to infrastructure already built and delivered to customers.

The company is expanding its infrastructure footprint across the United States and expects to have 1 GW of capacity available by 2029.

Its vertically integrated infrastructure model spans land, energy, construction, liquid cooling and GPU-dense computing, with physical and operational separation across the infrastructure stack.
