Global Key Solutions (GKS), a technology company focused on data-driven quality and regulatory intelligence, said it has secured a pre-seed investment from Krieger Capital, marking what the company described as both a capital infusion and a strategic milestone tied to growing industry collaboration around its KeyPedia platform and longer-term product vision.

The New York and Pennsylvania-based company is positioning KeyPedia as infrastructure for regulatory insight, analytics, and decision support across regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, and engineering. GKS said the investment reflects confidence in its approach to transforming complex quality and regulatory data into actionable intelligence that can support decision-making for organizations operating under stringent compliance requirements.

Krieger Capital, a Pennsylvania-based private investment firm focused on life science services and solutions, said the partnership aligns with its focus on innovations that improve quality, safety, and compliance outcomes in the life sciences ecosystem.

GKS indicated the investment also strengthens its broader seed-round efforts, adding a domain-focused partner as it continues to build out its platform and pursue product innovation designed to support quality, safety, and regulatory excellence. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
