Global Work AI has closed a $2.4 million follow-on funding round, positioning the Polish HRTech startup to accelerate the development and expansion of its AI-driven job search and career tools. The raise comes just ten months after the company’s previous round, during which it has grown 13x amid rising demand for more intelligent, candidate-focused job-search technologies.
The company said the new capital will support upcoming upgrades across the platform, including more accurate and personalised job-matching capabilities, enhanced AI tools for generating CVs and cover letters, and expanded one-click Auto-Fill functionality for job applications. Global Work AI is also preparing to launch a new AI career companion, Mia AI, designed to streamline the job-search experience even further.
Global Work AI was co-founded by Alex Chepovoi and Alex Dyadischev in 2023. Chepovoi, who serves as CEO, is a serial tech entrepreneur with experience launching multiple companies and products, including one successful exit. Dyadischev, his longtime collaborator, has worked with him on previous HR-tech products. Together, they created Global Work AI to modernize the job-search experience with AI-powered tools tailored to candidates.
The round includes participation from Pre-seed to Succeed with Yellow Rocks!, Smart Partnership Capital, AltaIR Capital, and TMT Investments Plc.
