Global Work AI: Interview With Co-Founder & CEO Alex Chepovoi About The AI-Based Job Search Platform

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jun 22, 2026

Global Work AI is a job-search platform that helps job seekers find and apply for remote roles using artificial intelligence. It operates a jobs aggregator that scans multiple sources to match candidates with verified openings and provides AI tools to automate applications, tailor resumes, and prepare for interviews. Pulse 2.0 interviewed Global Work AI co-founder and CEO Alex Chepovoi to learn more.

Alex Chepovoi’s Background

Alex Chepovoi

Could you tell me more about your background? Chepovoi said:

“I’m Alex Chepovoi, a serial tech entrepreneur with five companies, eight products, and one successful exit.”

“Together with my co-founder Alex Diadischev, we’re building and growing Global Work AI – an AI-powered job-search platform that helps get interviews 3x faster.”

“Global Work is the third HR Tech product we’re working on with Alex, and it’s the result of years of iteration across consumer subscription apps and HR tech solutions.”

Formation Of The Company

How did the idea for the company come together? Chepovoi shared:

“Before Global Work, we built a recruiting platform for businesses. Its predecessor, Expert Remote, was a marketplace for IT specialists. We sourced over 50,000 candidates, curated 500+ top engineers, and generated $600K in ARR by selling this talent pool to startups. But the model wasn’t scalable, and the Covid 19 IT hiring boom passed – so we pivoted.”

“We shifted fully to job seekers, tapping into the rise of AI agents to help people find remote jobs faster and land more interviews. We started with tech roles, quickly expanded to all white-collar remote jobs, and now cover both global and local opportunities across industries.”

Core Products

What are the company’s core products and features? Chepovoi explained:

“Global Work is an AI-powered platform where every step is driven by intelligent agents. Users engage from day one through a detailed onboarding and continue receiving support throughout the entire job search process.”

“Even without a resume, job seekers can get started – we help build ATS-optimized resumes and cover letters that fully reflect the experience, yet are adapted to each vacancy’s requirements. At the same time, we match users with relevant opportunities they might otherwise miss, improving conversion.”

“Our ultimate goal is simple: help candidates connect with real recruiters and land interviews faster.”

Evolution Of The Company’s Technology

How has the company’s technology evolved since launching? Chepovoi noted:

“Our core advantage is our AI, so most of the evolution has been in how much smarter and more precise our algorithms have become since launch in late 2024.”

“Today, we analyze around a million job postings each month. We filter out tens of thousands due to scam risks and use this data to better align with ATS systems and improve matching accuracy.”

“At the same time, insights from tens of thousands of active users continuously train and refine our models. We’re also constantly strengthening our systems to protect user data and ensure a safe experience.”

Significant Milestones

What have been some of the company’s most significant milestones? Chepovoi cited:

“We started Global Work as a team of two – my co-founder Alex, our CTO, and me. A year later, we’ve grown into an international team of 30 and continue to expand.”

“We surpassed $5M in ARR within the first year and are growing rapidly. The next big milestone is the big platform update, where AI agents will power 80% of job-search related processes  – so stay tuned.”

Customer Success Stories

Can you share any specific customer success stories? Chepovoi highlighted:

“With thousands of users on the platform, it’s hard to track every individual journey. But we regularly speak with users to understand their experiences. They come from all backgrounds – accountants, bankers, engineers from recent graduates to retirees – yet many of them struggle to get traction.”

“Some have been searching for over a year with no response. With Global Work, they’re able to better pack their experience and expertise, and start getting interview calls after months of silence.”

“For us, that’s what success looks like.”

Funding/Revenue

Are you able to discuss funding and/or revenue metrics? Chepovoi pointed out:

“We prefer not to share specific numbers since they become outdated quickly. What I can say is that we’re growing at a very strong pace – well beyond typical startup benchmarks.”

Differentiation From The Competition

What differentiates the company from its competition? Chepovoi affirmed:

“Global Work AI stands out through a combination of precise matching, user-controlled automation, and the platform’s continuous learning.”

“First, there’s Deep Matching – the algorithm takes into consideration a large set of parameters from both candidates and jobs to find really relevant opportunities.”

“Second, even though it can automate applications, you’re always in control. Job seekers pick which openings they want to apply, and before anything gets sent, they can review exactly how the AI customized the resume, wrote their cover letter, and filled out the application.”

“As the platform learns you better, it just gets better with time. The more you use it – liking jobs and answering questions – the more it understands you. After a couple of months, you can even switch on autopilot and let it apply to the best roles for you automatically.”

Future Company Goals

What are some of the company’s future goals? Chepovoi concluded:

“Our ambition is to build an ecosystem that connects job seekers and recruiters through AI – helping them see each other clearly instead of being filtered out by traditional systems.”

“We want users of Global Work AI to fully leverage our AI: from career guidance and salary negotiation to personalized upskilling plans. Over time, this will create a highly detailed profile of each candidate, giving recruiters a deeper understanding of their potential, work style, and team fit.”

“There’s still a long road ahead, but the path is clear. So stay tuned!”
