Globant’s Glob.AI annual recurring revenue reached $52.8 million in the second quarter of 2026, increasing 61% sequentially as the company accelerates its transition toward AI-driven services and new consumption- and outcome-based pricing models.
The company now expects Glob.AI ARR to reach at least $110 million exiting 2026, which would more than double the current run rate. Globant recently opened Glob.AI to the broader market, giving enterprises access to a platform where they can deploy AI Pods and pay based on the output or consumption they receive rather than the employee hours required to perform the work.
Globant said the platform is supported by partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel and other technology providers. Management sees Glob.AI and AI Pods as central to changing both how Globant delivers services and how customers pay for them, potentially shifting portions of the business away from traditional time-based technology consulting models.
The AI growth comes against a relatively stable overall revenue backdrop. Second-quarter revenue was $614.4 million, remaining generally unchanged from the prior-year quarter. Free cash flow, however, improved to $12.6 million from negative $2.9 million a year earlier, helping Globant deliver what management described as its strongest first half of cash generation on record.
Globant also continued expanding with some of its largest customers. Revenue from its top 50 clients increased 6.9% year-over-year, while management pointed to accelerating adoption of its higher-margin AI Pods and Glob.AI offerings.
Profitability was mixed during the quarter. IFRS profit from operations margin increased to 3.2% from 1% a year earlier, while non-IFRS adjusted profit from operations margin declined to 13.2% from 15%. IFRS diluted EPS improved to $0.04 from a loss of $0.05, while non-IFRS adjusted diluted EPS declined to $1.40 from $1.53.
Globant ended June with $168.8 million of cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments. The company spent $25 million during Q2 to complete its original share repurchase program and had another $125 million available under a new repurchase authorization.
The company is also adjusting its organization as the business model changes. Globant said it proactively optimized its structure during the quarter to respond to broader market volatility and align the organization with its transformation toward AI-driven delivery. The company ended Q2 with 27,411 employees, including 25,632 technology, design and innovation professionals.
For the third quarter, Globant expects revenue of $607 million to $615 million, representing a year-over-year decline ranging from 1.6% to 0.3%. Full-year 2026 revenue is expected to range from $2.428 billion to $2.462 billion.
KEY QUOTES:
“Glob.AI ARR reached $52.8 million in the second quarter, up 61% quarter-over-quarter, and we now expect no less than $110 million exiting 2026. Alongside that, Globant’s revenue for Q2 reached $614.4 million and free cash flow reached $12.6 million in the quarter, compared to negative $2.9 million a year ago, capping our strongest first half of cash generation on record. Last week we opened Glob.AI to the entire market, a single platform where any enterprise can deploy AI Pods and pay on the output or consumption they receive rather than on the hours behind it. Supported by partnerships with Anthropic, Vercel and OpenAI, among others, we are changing how our services are delivered and how they are priced.”
