Gloo, a Nasdaq-listed technology platform serving the faith and flourishing ecosystem under the ticker GLOO, has completed its acquisition of EnterpriseMarketdesk, an established Workday Services Partner that provides consulting, implementation, and support services to nonprofit and mid-market organizations.

The transaction, initially announced April 14, brings a comprehensive suite of AI-enabled Workday services onto the Gloo platform. EnterpriseMarketdesk will continue to serve existing customers while expanding its capabilities through Gloo’s broader platform, services, and ecosystem.

The combination strengthens Gloo’s enterprise technology portfolio as the company pursues a strategy centered on forward-deployed engineering and agentic AI to modernize operations for mission-driven organizations.

Workday has emerged as an increasingly critical enterprise resource planning system for organizations across the faith and flourishing sector, and EnterpriseMarketdesk’s deep expertise in deploying and managing that system provides Gloo with a capability it previously lacked at scale. The acquired company serves a diverse mix of direct customers and systems integrator partners, with particular strength among nonprofit and faith-aligned organizations whose operational needs closely align with Gloo’s existing client base. Gloo executives noted that Workday engagements frequently expand into broader digital transformation initiatives, creating a natural pipeline for Gloo 360, the company’s ongoing infrastructure management and support offering.

Gloo serves more than 140,000 faith, ministry, and nonprofit leaders from its headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, providing technology that helps missional organizations amplify their impact, expand their reach, and sustain donor relationships. The acquisition of EnterpriseMarketdesk is consistent with Gloo’s stated strategy of taking on and modernizing core operational work for customers through AI, with the goal of delivering better outcomes at lower cost while creating higher-margin revenue for the combined business.

Managing Partner Alan Corbeil of EnterpriseMarketdesk noted that joining Gloo provides the scale and platform to extend the firm’s delivery model into areas previously out of reach for a standalone Workday consultancy.

The deal reflects a growing trend of faith and nonprofit-focused technology companies building out enterprise service capabilities to deepen their relationships with large organizations. As Workday adoption expands across the sector, providers with both the platform relationships and the sector-specific expertise to support complex deployments are increasingly valuable to administrators seeking to modernize core systems without disrupting mission-critical operations.
