GOcxm Acquires Apex Developer Emotive Technologies To Add Predictive AI Consumer Intelligence

GOcxm, a retail execution and consumer engagement technology provider for global CPG brands, has acquired Emotive Technologies, the company behind Apex, an AI-powered consumer insights and decision intelligence platform. GOcxm said the deal deepens its ability to convert shopper and consumer data into “measurable action” by embedding predictive intelligence, simulation, and behavioral-science-trained AI into its Shopper Engagement and Execution Platform.

The company positions Apex as an intelligence layer that helps teams model outcomes, validate strategies, and optimize performance with AI-driven decisioning before and during in-market execution. GOcxm said the combined platform will enable brands to design, test, measure, and continuously optimize marketing and commerce initiatives within a single, unified system spanning activations, data capture, sentiment, proof of purchase, and execution verification.

GOcxm also said Apex’s technology and team will be integrated into its product roadmap, with continued investment in AI and data science, as it pursues a more connected approach where insight, activation, and measurement operate as one system.
