Numantec announced that the Private Equity business at Goldman Sachs Alternatives has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in the company from White Bridge Investments and other existing shareholders. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Numantec, headquartered in Viadana, Italy, develops, manufactures, and distributes infusion medical devices, employing approximately 600 people across seven manufacturing facilities in Europe and the United States. The company serves the full infusion care pathway, from vascular access devices and injection systems to elastomeric and electronic pumps, as well as pre-filled syringes.
Goldman Sachs Alternatives said it plans to support the scaling of Numantec’s existing footprint and product portfolio, acquire and develop new products, and expand into new geographies and channels. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
