Goods & Services announced that it acquired Genware, a New Jersey-based data and advanced analytics firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Goods & Services is an Atlanta-based provider of AI products, systems, and platforms. The company works with clients to modernize operations and product development through digital and physical products, platforms, and systems.

The acquisition expands Goods & Services’ capabilities across data, AI, and analytics. The company said Genware will strengthen its offerings in the technology sector and regulated industries, including healthcare and financial services.

Genware specializes in data science, data engineering, and analytics operations. The company helps organizations manage, structure, and analyze complex data to support operational visibility and decision-making.

Genware also has experience working in regulated environments. Its solutions include integrations with enterprise systems such as electronic health records and practice management platforms.

Goods & Services said clients will benefit from expanded capabilities tied to rising demand for AI-enabled solutions. The company noted that data quality is increasingly important for AI performance, decision-making, and accountability.

The acquisition builds on existing collaboration across analytics programs in healthcare, financial services, and other regulated industries. Goods & Services said the combination will support end-to-end delivery from strategy through implementation.
