GoodVision Secures Seven-Figure Round2 Capital Investment As AI Traffic Platform Tops 120 Enterprise Customers In 50+ Countries

GoodVision has secured a seven-figure revenue-based investment from Round2 Capital to accelerate international expansion and commercial growth, with a particular focus on the U.S. market. The non-dilutive financing will help GoodVision scale an AI traffic intelligence platform that converts existing CCTV and IP cameras into real-time traffic sensors without requiring customers to replace installed camera infrastructure.

GoodVision operates across more than 50 countries and has more than 120 enterprise customers.

Its software is used by road agencies, highway and toll operators, cities, traffic consultancies and engineering organizations.

Customers and users cited by the company include Metro Pacific Tollways, Ellaktor, SACYR, Jacobs, AECOM, WSP and SWECO.

The company’s platform is camera-agnostic and can operate using existing CCTV and IP camera infrastructure, either through edge computing hardware or directly within supported AI cameras.

GoodVision Live Traffic provides continuous real-time traffic analytics, incident detection and adaptive traffic management.

GoodVision Video Insights supports on-demand traffic counts, origin-destination studies and road safety analysis.

The company also works with technology and engineering partners including Axis, Thales, ST Engineering and Aimsun as it pursues a partner-led distribution strategy spanning Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, North America and the Middle East.

GoodVision said it is operating cash-flow positively.

The investment comes as transportation agencies face greater pressure to address congestion and road safety while expanding the amount of roadway infrastructure they can monitor.

GoodVision intends to use the new capital to expand its commercial organization, diversify its customer base and accelerate deployments in priority markets.

Round2 Capital has approximately €170 million of assets under administration and has invested in more than 40 software and technology scale-ups across 10 jurisdictions.
