Goodwin Adds Rebecca Lock In Philadelphia As Real Estate Funds Platform Serves 1,000+ Investment Managers

Goodwin has added Rebecca “Becca” Lock as a partner in its Real Estate and Investment Funds and Capital groups in Philadelphia, expanding the firm’s real estate fund formation and private capital capabilities.

Lock advises global real estate and private equity sponsors on structuring, negotiating and forming funds and management companies.

Her work includes open-end and closed-end funds, programmatic joint ventures, co-investment structures and separate accounts.

Lock also advises on key person events, strategic investments in fund sponsors, minority stake sales, secondary transactions, seed capital and anchor investor arrangements.

Her arrival follows recent additions to Goodwin’s Investment Funds and Capital platform, including partners Julia Kolovarsky, Olya Kurilovich and Daniel Mencaroni in New York.

Goodwin represents more than 1,000 investment managers globally on funds ranging in size from less than $10 million to more than $25 billion.
