GovCIO, a leading provider of technology solutions to the federal government, has agreed to acquire SoldierPoint Digital Health from Iron Bow Technologies. This acquisition will expand GovCIO’s work with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

SoldierPoint holds the $2 billion, seven-year Connected Care Integrated Network (CCIN) contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs, enabling over 4 million veterans to access telehealth services.

Upon closing, SoldierPoint’s nearly 300 employees and over $200 million in annual revenue will join GovCIO, which has more than 3,300 employees and $1 billion in revenue. GovCIO plans to leverage its VA experience and emerging AI technologies to enhance the CCIN contract. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter, pending regulatory approvals.
