Graceland Acquires ShedSync To Expand Dealer Technology Platform

Graceland Portable Buildings announced the acquisition of ShedSync, a technology platform designed specifically for the portable building industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Graceland’s NextGen Dealer Program and strengthens the company’s long-term strategy to modernize the dealer experience by providing independent portable building dealers with digital capabilities typically available only to much larger organizations.

ShedSync was created to help shed dealers automate inventory management, digital marketing, and lead generation. The platform offers automated inventory synchronization, AI-powered social media marketing, lead management tools, multi-location inventory capabilities, competitive intelligence, and branded dealer websites tailored to the portable building industry.

Graceland said the acquisition comes at a time when consumer expectations are shifting toward online shopping experiences, real-time inventory visibility, digital communication, and immediate access to information. The company plans to continue developing the platform and add new capabilities to help dealers manage inventory, increase online visibility, generate leads, and improve customer engagement.

Current features of the platform include automated inventory synchronization from manufacturer systems, AI-powered Facebook and social media marketing, Facebook Marketplace automation, Google Business Profile integration, lead capture and management tools, multi-location inventory management, dealer-branded websites, mobile-optimized inventory presentation, analytics, and flexible financing display options, including rent-to-own programs.

According to Graceland, the acquisition also complements its broader digital strategy, which includes online sales initiatives, dealer website enhancements, customer lead management systems, and expanded marketing support. The transaction follows several recent investments by the company, including advanced manufacturing technologies, expanded production capacity, the Epicor 3D configurator, enhanced dealer support programs, and the recently launched NextGen Dealer Program.

Founded in 2005, Graceland Portable Buildings manufactures and distributes portable buildings, storage structures, and specialty outdoor products through a nationwide network of independent dealers.
