Graco Expands Color Solutions Portfolio With $69 Million Acquisition Of Radia Products

By Amit Chowdhry ● Nov 18, 2025

Graco has announced the acquisition of Red Devil Equipment Company, widely known as Radia, for $69 million. The deal adds a complementary suite of paint-mixing, shaking, and automated material-handling technologies to Graco’s expanding color solutions portfolio, as demand for advanced paint and coatings equipment continues to grow. Radia generates more than $30 million in annual revenue.

The acquisition further strengthens Graco’s presence in the paint and coatings ecosystem following last year’s purchase of Corob, which broadened the company’s precision tinting and dispensing capabilities. By integrating Radia’s mechanical mixing and automation technologies with Corob’s tinting platform, Graco aims to deliver a unified, end-to-end color solutions offering to North American paint retailers, including hardware stores, dedicated paint shops, and major home improvement chains.

Based in Plymouth, Minnesota, Radia employs about 30 people and is recognized for its dependable automated mixing systems used throughout the retail paint channel. The company’s equipment plays a central role in store-level operations, ensuring consistent color outcomes and efficient material processing for high-volume paint environments.

Graco, headquartered in Minneapolis, is a global provider of technology and equipment that enables the movement, measurement, control, dispensing, and spraying of fluids and powders across both industrial and commercial settings. Its systems are used worldwide in manufacturing, processing, construction, and maintenance applications.
