GracoRoberts has acquired Miami-based Sky Mart to expand its presence across Latin America and deepen its ability to support aerospace operators with faster fulfillment, expanded inventory, and stronger after-hours support. The deal positions GracoRoberts’ Miami headquarters as a central gateway for serving the Latin American region and targets growth in what the company described as a $6.5 billion Latin American MRO market.
The transaction adds technical sales coverage across Latin America, the Caribbean, Florida, and parts of the U.S., while increasing logistics capacity through an additional 42,000 square feet of fulfillment space across Miami, San Antonio, and Indianapolis. GracoRoberts said the combination strengthens its AOG readiness and enhances its lubricants offering, adding breadth across oils, greases, and specialty fluids.
Sky Mart customers are expected to gain broader access to GracoRoberts’ specialty chemicals portfolio, including adhesives, composites, and paints and coatings, alongside expanded digital ordering capabilities and global technical support. Both companies said they will work jointly to manage a seamless transition with no expected disruption to customers.
Sky Mart was founded in 1985 by Gregorio and Lucy Robbin and is now led by second-generation family ownership, serving customers across Latin America and North America with a focus on stocking depth, rapid quoting, and fast, accurate shipping. GracoRoberts said the acquisition is supported by its private equity sponsor, CM Equity Partners, and marks the latest in a multi-year acquisition strategy that has included E.V. Roberts, Able Aerospace Adhesives, Silmid, SkyGeek, and Pacific Coast Composites.
