Graybar announced plans to acquire Broken Arrow Electric Supply (BAES), an Oklahoma-based electrical distributor, in a transaction aimed at expanding Graybar’s presence in the region. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
Broken Arrow Electric Supply serves residential, commercial, industrial, and OEM markets, providing automation and control solutions, power distribution centers, specialty wire and cable, light assembly, and LED lighting and design services. Founded in 1977, the company operates seven locations across eastern Oklahoma.
Following the transaction, BAES will continue operating under the Broken Arrow Electric Supply name while maintaining its existing team, locations and supplier relationships.
Graybar said the acquisition will strengthen its ability to serve customers in the region while supporting long-term growth. The company distributes electrical, industrial, automation, and connectivity products and provides supply chain management and logistics services to customers across North America.
Through a network of more than 350 distribution facilities, Graybar stocks products from thousands of manufacturers and supports customers with solutions designed to power, network, automate, and secure facilities.
