Green Heron Partners, an operationally focused lower middle market private equity firm, announced a strategic investment in Regency Plumbing Contractors, a leading commercial plumbing contractor serving the Greater Houston area.
Founded in 1984, Regency Plumbing Contractors has built a reputation for delivering commercial and industrial plumbing services across new construction, tenant improvements, and large-scale buildouts throughout the Houston metro region. With more than 40 years of experience, the company provides services for industrial facilities, office buildings, medical centers, and community structures, emphasizing craftsmanship, precision, and customer-focused execution.
As part of the transaction, Regency’s executive leadership team will continue to lead the business and retain a significant ownership stake in the company.
Green Heron Partners said the investment will serve as a foundation for building a broader facility services platform, supporting Regency’s geographic expansion and enhanced service capabilities.
The partnership is expected to provide Regency with additional resources to invest in its workforce, systems, and operational infrastructure while maintaining its focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
