GreenArrow has acquired MSL Electric, an Anaheim, California-based full-service electrical contracting company, expanding its transportation electrical construction and maintenance capabilities across Southern California.
Founded in 2002 by Warren and Sally Moore, MSL Electric provides specialized public works electrical services across Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
The company’s capabilities include traffic signals, intelligent transportation systems, street and highway lighting, fiber optics and airport electrical systems. MSL serves municipal, county and state agencies and operates with a union workforce.
GreenArrow plans to combine MSL’s construction capabilities with its existing Southern California maintenance operations, creating an end-to-end offering spanning infrastructure construction through long-term routine maintenance.
GreenArrow operates nationally and specializes in maintaining and installing transportation electrical infrastructure, including traffic signals, streetlights, intelligent transportation systems and utility systems.
The company is also actively pursuing additional add-on acquisitions and partnerships with electrical services businesses.
