GreenArrow announced the acquisition of HBC Company, strengthening the company’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and adding one of New Jersey’s leading electrical services providers to its growing nationwide transportation infrastructure platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Lodi, New Jersey, HBC Company is led by President Gerard Hoogendoorn and specializes in electrical services for highway and intersection lighting, intelligent transportation systems, aviation lighting, and other critical infrastructure applications. The company serves customers across public roadways, airports, and industrial markets throughout New Jersey and southern New York.
GreenArrow said HBC’s capabilities complement its existing operations, while the company’s footprint extends GreenArrow’s presence beyond eastern Pennsylvania and further connects its Mid-Atlantic platform.
The acquisition marks another step in GreenArrow’s growth strategy as the company continues to expand its transportation electrical infrastructure business across the United States. GreenArrow provides services related to traffic signals, streetlights, intelligent transportation systems, and utility systems through a combination of regional expertise and centralized operational support.
HBC has built a reputation for delivering electrical and transportation infrastructure services throughout New Jersey and southern New York, with expertise spanning highway lighting, intersection lighting, intelligent transportation systems, and aviation lighting.
GreenArrow also said it remains actively focused on pursuing additional acquisitions and partnership opportunities with electrical services organizations as it continues to build its national platform.
