Greenbriar Sustainable Living announced the appointment of Dominique Ramuz as Managing Director of the Renewable Energy Advisory Board. Ramuz, a Swiss national, brings more than 25 years of experience across energy, infrastructure, business transformation, corporate governance, and strategic leadership.
According to the company, Ramuz has managed major investments, led multidisciplinary teams, and overseen complex projects tied to energy transition and sustainable infrastructure initiatives. His background includes working with boards of directors and executive leadership teams on growth, governance, innovation, and organizational transformation strategies.
Greenbriar noted that Ramuz has experience supporting both public and private organizations, along with international investors, in developing strategic partnerships and new business activities. The company added that his leadership style emphasizes collaboration, operational execution, and stakeholder alignment in rapidly evolving environments.
As part of the appointment, Ramuz will immediately receive 200,000 three-year stock options priced at CAD $0.55.
