Gries Financial Partners, a registered investment advisor (RIA) with about $1.7 billion in assets under management (AUM) and advisement (AUA) specializing in delivering differentiated, customized wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, announced it hired Carina Diamond as Chief Growth Officer.
Diamond will also serve as Chief Growth Officer for the firm’s parent company,4100FS, which is the financial services arm of The 4100 Group. 4100FS has built a unique financial services platform, offering a combination of long-term capital investment and sector expertise to promote transformative growth.
With over 25 years of experience in wealth management as Chief Growth Officer, Diamond will spearhead organic growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships across Gries and 4100FS. As the firm enters its next growth phase, she will utilize her extensive talent development and succession planning expertise in her new role.
Before joining Gries, Diamond founded Stella Secunda, a consulting firm focused on helping financial service firms navigate change and embrace next-generation business opportunities. Before founding Stella Secunda, Diamond served as Chief Growth Officer at Dakota Wealth Management, where she was instrumental in helping the firm achieve significant growth and employee engagement. She started at Dakota in 2019 as Chief Experience Officer after selling the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) she founded to the firm.
Launched in 1978 by Sally Gries as Ohio’s first wholly woman-owned RIA, Gries has a rich 46-year history as a conflict-free, fee-only firm, serving sophisticated high-net-worth individuals and smaller institutional clients including foundations, endowments, and 401k plans.
