Guardian Capital Partners Acquires TEAM LINX

Guardian Capital Partners – an operationally focused private equity firm focused on control-oriented investments in lower middle-market private companies – announced the acquisition of Team LINX in partnership with the LINX executive management team, which will continue to operate the company.

Based in Denver, Colorado, LINX provides technology infrastructure services for data center and mission-critical applications. The company designs, integrates, installs, and maintains network, multimedia, wireless, and security system solutions nationwide. The company is a key partner to mission-critical data center customers and a diverse range of clients and end markets, including healthcare, financial services, education, and others. Since its inception in 2003, LINX has completed and delivered over 100,000 projects across all 50 states, representing in excess of $1 billion in value.

MidCap Financial offered financing in support of the transaction. Goodwin Procter served as legal advisor to Guardian. And Industria Partners acted as the strategic advisor to LINX and Arnold & Porter provided legal counsel.
