Guidde, an AI digital adoption platform, announced it has raised $50 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding round led by PSG Equity, with participation from monday.com and existing investors Norwest, Entrée Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, and Inkberry Ventures. The new funding will support broader deployment of its platform, which is designed to train both human employees and AI agents on enterprise software.
Founded in 2020, Guidde has grown to serve more than 4,500 customers globally, including Anheuser-Busch, Bayer, Nasdaq, Yahoo, and SentinelOne. The company reports 3x annual revenue growth for three consecutive years and over 90% customer retention. Enterprises use the platform to train thousands of employees on tools such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
Guidde’s technology enables organizations to create video-based documentation for any software application in minutes. Employees record workflows, and the platform’s AI automatically generates step-by-step video guides that are delivered directly within the applications employees are learning. The same documentation is also made available to AI agents via Guidde’s API, allowing organizations to use real-world workflows to power automation.
As enterprises prioritize AI adoption, many face challenges in enabling employees across operations, IT, legal, finance, and other functions to effectively work alongside AI agents. While large language models have become more conversational, enterprise training systems have lagged behind. Without access to real prompts and workflows, employees often receive generic responses, and AI agents can produce unreliable outputs or costly errors at scale.
Guidde addresses these issues by observing how employees work across more than 50,000 applications and millions of workflows. This dataset is used to generate in-app documentation for human users while simultaneously structuring knowledge for AI agent consumption.
KEY QUOTES
“Think of what navigation apps are doing for the future of driving. They mapped roads by observing how people actually drive, and those maps now guide autonomous vehicles. We’re doing the same for enterprise workflows. Today, we’re observing how employees work to build the maps AI agents will need. It starts with humans in the loop, and over time moves toward full autonomy.”
Yoav Einav, CEO And Co-Founder Of Guidde
“I believe Guidde is solving one of the biggest blockers to successful AI adoption: the knowledge infrastructure. This solution, coupled with the team’s execution and product-market fit, made this investment decision straightforward. Organizations need dynamic, multimedia systems that serve both humans and AI agents. Guidde uniquely addresses both, effortlessly helping create rich knowledge while structuring it for AI consumption.”
