Guide Technologies has strengthened its position in the manufacturing software and supply chain technology sector with the acquisition of Agility, a Cleveland-area consultancy known for its expertise in manufacturing systems, logistics solutions, and Infor XA services.
The deal was led by Guide Technologies Managing Partners Todd Moritz and Shane Barger and marks a significant expansion of the company’s capabilities and market reach across industrial manufacturing.
Agility has built a long-standing reputation as a trusted partner for multi-site manufacturers, offering solutions that support production planning, materials management, and end-to-end logistics. Its product suite includes Able to Make for production optimization as well as modules such as Material Logistics, InterSite Logistics, MISL, and Customer Fulfillment Logistics, all of which integrate with the Infor XA ERP platform. The company also provides managed services, consulting, and training centered around Infor XA environments.
Guide Technologies intends to integrate these offerings to accelerate its growth strategy and deliver a broader, more advanced set of digital transformation and supply chain solutions. As one of the top Infor Gold Resell Partners, Guide Technologies plans to enhance its value proposition by combining Agility’s established product portfolio with its own technical depth and long-term client relationships. Executives from both organizations emphasized that the acquisition will help the combined company deepen capabilities, increase go-to-market scale, and address the needs of increasingly complex industrial ecosystems.
Guide Technologies, headquartered in Indianapolis, provides ERP, supply chain, and digital transformation services to manufacturers across sectors, including automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, and high tech. The company supports clients through consulting, implementation, and ongoing managed services to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and growth.
