Guideless has raised €1 million in pre-seed funding to expand its AI-powered software training and operational knowledge platform, which is already used by more than 3,000 users across 15 markets. The round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and angel investors Thomas Plantenga, Group CEO of Vinted; Vytautas Atkočaitis, CEO of Vinted Go; and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas.
Guideless plans to use the financing to accelerate product development, grow its team and expand across the U.S., U.K. and Europe.
The Lithuanian startup is developing software that automatically converts workplace workflows into editable training materials.
Instead of recording a conventional screen-capture video, a user performs a workflow while Guideless tracks the process and automatically identifies the relevant steps.
The platform then creates the visual sequence, writes and refines instructions, adds highlights and zoom effects, generates transcripts and captions, produces AI narration and applies company branding.
The resulting training materials can be shared, embedded or exported.
Unlike a fixed screen recording, each Guideless tutorial consists of individually editable steps, making it easier to update existing guides when software interfaces or internal workflows change.
Companies can also duplicate, translate and adapt the same underlying process for different users or markets.
Guideless said its platform can make creating and updating training documentation as much as 10 times faster.
Its technology combines browser-based workflow capture, computer-vision step detection, generative AI and multilingual text-to-speech within a single system.
The platform currently supports AI-generated narration in more than 40 languages.
That allows companies to capture a process once and create localized training materials without repeatedly recording the underlying workflow.
Guideless is already being used by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings and the Nevada Hospital Association, along with hundreds of other organizations.
The company has paying customers across 15 markets.
Guideless is also expanding its ambitions beyond employee training.
As the platform captures more workflows, the company plans to turn that information into an operational memory layer that preserves knowledge about how an organization actually works.
Because workflows are stored as structured individual steps rather than static videos, Guideless believes the same information can eventually provide operational context to AI agents.
That could allow enterprise agents to understand company-specific processes instead of relying solely on generic instructions, documents or outdated knowledge.
The company sees that evolution moving Guideless from a documentation product toward a broader workflow intelligence and operational knowledge platform.
Guideless was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika.
Bieliūnas previously served as Director of Business Development at Vinted Go, while Remeika has more than a decade of experience developing enterprise software for banks and other large organizations.
The founders soft-launched Guideless in late 2025 and formally incorporated the company in June 2026.
KEY QUOTES:
“Leading commercial teams and onboarding employees across multiple countries for over a decade, including at Vinted Go, I saw firsthand how much time and money gets wasted on inefficient workflow training. Another standard documentation tool wasn’t going to solve this, so we designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change.”
“AI unlocked Guideless’ potential to become the default workflow intelligence layer for software-driven organizations, and now we provide training to employees, customers, partners, and AI agents based on a single source of truth.”
Evaldas Bieliūnas, CEO And Co-Founder Of Guideless
“Workflow and training automation is going to be a huge market over the next decade, but most of the current tech isn’t forward-thinking enough to get there. We backed Guideless early because they do more than eliminate the grunt work of creating and updating training videos, they’re fixing problems companies don’t yet realize they have. That’s why they’ll lead this new wave of workplace training.”
Audrius Milukas, Partner At Superhero Capital
“My decision to back Guideless came down to Evaldas and his team’s admirable track record and the real results I’ve seen firsthand. Vinted was an early adopter of the platform, and it’s transformed and maintained our extensive knowledge base ever since. We used to spend weeks manually rebuilding guides after UI updates, and now those same updates happen quickly with minimal manual oversight. I’ve seen the team’s resourcefulness and potential up close, and I believe in where Guideless is headed.”
