Gushwork announced it has raised $9 million in seed funding in a round led by Susquehanna Asia VC, with participation from Lightspeed, B Capital, Seaborne Capital, Beenext, Sparrow Capital, and 2.2 Club. The investment will accelerate the development of AI Feeds, the company’s AI-native content management system designed to help B2B businesses dominate discovery in AI search engines and generate real, qualified leads rather than just traffic or impressions.
The funding will also support product enhancements, deeper integrations with emerging AI platforms, expanded engineering and go-to-market teams, and broader market expansion beyond initial industrial and commercial B2B customers.
Gushwork’s platform deploys a suite of specialized AI agents that work together to research buyer intent, generate content, publish optimized pages, secure backlinks, and continuously refresh content as AI ranking factors evolve. This enables businesses to appear in AI-driven discovery channels such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity long before prospects fill out a contact form or engage a sales team. Since launching AI Feeds in beta roughly 90 days ago, the company reports early traction, including approximately $1.5M in ARR, 80% month-over-month growth, and over 1,000 monthly leads across its customer base. Early customers span industrial distributors, manufacturers, and commercial services companies that have struggled to generate predictable pipeline through traditional content strategies.
The seed round builds on Gushwork’s earlier funding, including a $2.1M pre-seed round led by Lightspeed in July 2023. Total funding now stands at around $11M, and Gushwork says the new capital will fuel its mission to bring AI search visibility and predictable lead generation to companies while keeping teams lean and efficient.
KEY QUOTES:
“Something radical is happening in B2B sales right now. Your prospects aren’t starting their vendor research on Google anymore. They’re going to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity… That’s about whether you exist in the new buying journey or not.”
“We believe the best businesses should dominate their market’s search presence without massive overhead — waking up to qualified leads in their inbox, not another agency status update.”
