H-E-B has finalized the purchase of over 600 acres in Valley View, Texas, as the company plans a multi-phase development of a master-planned supply chain campus in Cooke County. The site is located along Interstate 35 and E. Lone Oak Road, about 60 miles north of Fort Worth.

The project remains in early planning, and H-E-B said there is not yet a construction timeline. The company did not disclose the terms of the land purchase and said additional details will be released as plans develop.

Once operational, the campus is expected to expand and build on H-E-B’s existing supply chain network, supporting the retailer’s ability to serve customers and communities across North and West Texas and generating local job opportunities over time.

Separately, H-E-B said it recently purchased 122 acres adjacent to its current distribution campus in Temple, Texas, to support future growth at that site. The company said there are no immediate construction plans there and that additional details will be shared as plans develop. Terms were not disclosed.

H-E-B said it operates more than 455 stores in Texas and Mexico, reports more than $50 billion in sales, employs more than 175,000 Partners, and is marking its 120th anniversary this year.
