H.I.G. Capital has acquired Outcomes One, an Orlando-based provider of clinical network services and pharmacy technology.
Outcomes operates a national clinical network encompassing approximately 85% of U.S. pharmacies and provides technology and services to pharmacies, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers and data partners.
In 2025, Outcomes facilitated more than 10 million clinical interventions across 130 million covered lives.
The company enables pharmacist-delivered clinical interventions and medication-based care while also providing pharmacy management software and workflow automation technology.
Its platforms include Rx30, Computer-Rx and Outcomes Premium, supporting functions including prescription processing, dispensing, billing, inventory management, patient engagement, automation and analytics.
Outcomes works with national and regional pharmacy chains, health systems, specialty and long-term care providers and independent community pharmacies.
H.I.G. plans to provide additional resources and expertise to support investments in Outcomes’ clinical network and technology offerings.
