Haast, an AI-powered enterprise compliance platform, announced it has raised $12 million in Series A funding, bringing its total capital raised to $17.05 million. The round was led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from DST Global Partners, Airtree, Aura Ventures, and Black Sheep Capital.
The company is focused on solving a growing bottleneck in enterprise operations as AI adoption accelerates. With content generation scaling rapidly across marketing, product, and go-to-market teams, compliance and legal functions are struggling to keep pace. Haast estimates that content volume has increased eight to ten times as the cost of generation approaches zero, while compliance teams still spend approximately 70 percent of their time on manual, repetitive tasks.
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in New York, Haast embeds organizational policy and risk frameworks directly into enterprise workflows. Its platform uses AI agents to automate regulatory and policy review, enabling companies to manage compliance at scale while maintaining governance standards across global, federal, and state requirements.
Unlike traditional AI tools or point solutions, Haast positions itself as infrastructure-level software that integrates compliance into everyday workflows. The system embeds approval logic, risk thresholds, and policy requirements directly into tools used by frontline teams, allowing organizations to automate high-volume compliance processes without slowing down operations.
The company reports strong early traction with Fortune 500 customers, delivering an AI-native, end-to-end workflow that connects content creators with compliance teams. Its platform emphasizes enterprise-grade AI interpretability and maintains a strict audit trail. Haast also reports 4.5x revenue growth over the past 12 months and zero customer churn.
The new funding will be used to scale the company’s agentic workflows, accelerate product development, and expand its global enterprise footprint, with offices currently in New York, San Francisco, and Sydney.
