Hamachi.ai, a regulatory-first, AI-powered Wealth Intelligence Platform built for investment advisors and asset managers, has announced a new integration with Orion’s Redtail Technology designed to bring compliant, context-aware artificial intelligence directly into advisors’ existing CRM workflows.
The integration enables financial advisors using Redtail to securely transform CRM data into actionable insights and compliant client communications without altering how client data is stored or managed. Redtail remains the system of record, while Hamachi applies firm-specific policies, permissions, and controls to ensure outputs align with SEC and FINRA requirements and protect personally identifiable information.
Through the integration, advisors gain access to Hamachi’s centralized intelligence hub, which converts CRM data into AI-assisted email drafting, household briefs, daily summaries, and workflow intelligence. These outputs are informed by structured household, contact, activity, event, and financial account data already housed within Redtail.
As regulatory expectations intensify and personalization becomes increasingly central to advisor-client relationships, firms are seeking AI tools that enhance productivity without adding compliance risk or operational complexity. Unlike traditional AI systems that rely on unstructured prompts or manual data entry, Hamachi uses structured CRM data as contextual input, preserving supervision, audit readiness, and firm-defined guardrails around data usage.
Advisors continue to operate within Redtail as they do today, maintaining established workflows. For end clients, the integration is designed to support clearer communication, improved timing, and a more proactive advisory experience, while firms retain oversight and regulatory alignment.
The Redtail integration is available immediately. Hamachi said its platform is now live and generally available, with pricing starting at $25 per user per month.
