Hamilton AI: $7.5 Million Raised For Private Aviation AI Execution Platform

Hamilton AI Inc has raised $7.5 million in a seed funding round to advance its AI-powered execution platform for private aviation operators. The round was led by TTV Capital, with participation from Bling Capital, Cambrian Ventures, FJ Labs, Weekend Fund, Mintaka Ventures, Correlation VC, and HF0.

Founded in 2024 by Wouter Witvoet, Hamilton AI is focused on automating fragmented and manual workflows across the private aviation industry. Witvoet previously built Secfi into a leading lending platform for private company stock and took DeFi Technologies public, reaching a market capitalization of approximately $1.2 billion.

The company’s platform is designed as a deterministic AI system that ingests unstructured data such as emails, PDFs, maintenance records, and operational documents, converting them into structured and auditable actions. Its capabilities include generating flight quotes, dynamically pricing trips, managing customer pipelines, and reconciling payments.

Hamilton AI aims to address inefficiencies in a private aviation market estimated at $60 billion, where many operators still rely on manual processes. The platform is built to produce consistent and verifiable outputs, minimizing hallucination risks typically associated with AI systems.

The company reports strong early traction. One operator increased daily quote generation from roughly 400 to more than 1,200 without adding staff, shifting team focus from manual execution to customer relationships and deal closing.

Hamilton AI has been deployed across complex fleet environments in U.S. commercial aviation, with early customers including Baker Aviation, Craft Aviation, and Jetvia. The company also participated in HF0’s residency program, where it accelerated product development significantly within a short timeframe.

The new funding will be used to expand data pipelines, enhance engineering capabilities, and continue product development as the company scales its platform.

KEY QUOTES:

“For decades, private aviation has run on fragmented, manual systems,” said Gardiner Garrard, co-founder and managing partner at TTV Capital. “Hamilton is applying AI to improve longstanding inefficiencies in private aviation, and by integrating payments into their platform, they are adding value to each client transaction. We’re proud to support Wouter and the entire Hamilton AI team as they set the standard for modern, AI-powered infrastructure.”

“I’ve spent my career building execution infrastructure for high-value, time-sensitive transactions, first in private stock lending, then in digital assets on the public markets,” said Wouter Witvoet, Founder and CEO of Hamilton AI. “Private aviation has the same fundamental problem: billions of dollars in activity running on manual processes. Hamilton is transforming an industry that’s been underserved by technology.”
