HappyRobot Raises $150 Million Series C At $1.2 Billion Valuation

HappyRobot has raised $150 million in Series C funding at a post-money valuation of $1.2 billion. The round was led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Base10 Partners and Y Combinator. Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange, T.Capital, Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, Kfund and Wave-X also participated. The financing brings HappyRobot’s total funding to approximately $200 million.

HappyRobot develops AI agents designed to execute complex enterprise operations across phone calls, emails, documents, web applications and internal systems.

The company works with more than 150 enterprise customers, including DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Naturgy, Repsol and Uber. It said its business has grown fivefold since its Series B financing in late 2025.

After initially focusing on logistics, HappyRobot is expanding across the broader supply chain and into insurance, energy, utilities, telecommunications and airlines.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its AI capabilities, enterprise integrations and infrastructure for deploying agents at scale.

It will also grow its engineering, deployment and go-to-market teams internationally.

HappyRobot said its agents execute millions of tasks each month. Initial deployments typically go live within four to 12 weeks, followed by additional implementation cycles that refine existing agents and introduce new ones.

One customer is using the platform to automate 28,000 hours of work per month. HappyRobot also reported average customer satisfaction scores of 9.4 out of 10, autonomous resolution rates exceeding 70%, operational capacity increases of up to 10 times and sales gains of up to five times through previously underused channels.

The company was founded by Pablo Palafox, Javi Palafox and Luis Paarup. Over the past year, HappyRobot expanded from two offices to eight locations across North America, Europe, Latin America and Australia.

KEY QUOTES:
