Harbour Group’s ACS Expanding Recycling Capabilities With Acquisition Of Pagani

Harbour Group announced that its portfolio company, ACS Group, has acquired the assets of Dycomet S.A. de C.V., known in the market as Pagani. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Mexico City, Pagani is a leading manufacturer of granulators and washing systems serving the plastics and recycling industries. The company designs and produces custom equipment for post-consumer plastic waste streams, including bottles, packaging, and film. Founded in 1966, Pagani has established a reputation as one of the leading names in plastics recycling technology.

The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for ACS Group, strengthening its leadership position in North America and enhancing its ability to deliver end-to-end recycling solutions for the plastics industry. By integrating Pagani’s washing and granulation systems, ACS Group will be positioned to provide fully integrated solutions that drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies for customers across the Americas.
