Harbourfront Wealth Expands Zocks AI Across Advisor Network After 2,900+ Meetings Save 2,000+ Hours

Harbourfront Wealth Group has expanded its deployment of Zocks across its entire advisor network following a successful pilot, marking Zocks’ largest enterprise customer in Canada to date.

Zocks provides a privacy-first AI platform that automates administrative work around financial advisor-client meetings.

The technology handles tasks such as meeting notes, follow-up emails, and CRM updates, converting information from client conversations into structured data.

It can then synchronize that information across connected systems, including financial planning software and contact management platforms.

For Harbourfront Wealth, client information processed through Zocks is stored in Canada to address data residency, privacy and compliance requirements within the country’s wealth management industry.

Harbourfront moved Zocks from a pilot program to firm-wide availability in approximately 90 days.

As of August 12, the platform had processed more than 2,900 client meetings for Harbourfront advisors.

The company estimates the technology has returned more than 2,000 hours of administrative time to advisors.

Harbourfront said those productivity gains are equivalent to at least one additional client meeting per advisor each week.

The wealth management firm plans to use the additional capacity to deepen client relationships, pursue new business opportunities and support advisor growth.

Harbourfront operates more than 60 locations across Canada and includes a regulated investment dealer, portfolio manager, insurance company, asset management business and U.S. SEC-registered investment advisor.

The expansion also represents another significant enterprise deployment for Zocks.

The company said its platform is used by more than 5,000 financial services firms, including six of the nine Barron’s Top Mega RIAs and two of the three largest life insurance carriers.

Zocks says its AI assistant can save advisors more than 10 hours per week by turning conversations, emails and documents into structured information connected to their broader technology stack.
