Harneys has strengthened its Corporate practice with the appointment of Paul Chiellini-Morge as a partner in its Luxembourg office.
Chiellini-Morge advises private equity sponsors, asset managers, multinational groups and institutional clients on complex corporate matters involving Luxembourg structures.
His practice focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
He frequently acts as the primary Luxembourg contact on multi-jurisdictional transactions, coordinating local corporate matters as part of broader cross-border deals.
Before joining Harneys, Chiellini-Morge worked in the corporate team of another international law firm in Luxembourg.
Earlier in his career, he held positions at Baker McKenzie and AMMC Law in Luxembourg.
The appointment adds senior transactional experience to Harneys’ Luxembourg operation and supports the firm’s work with investment managers, sponsors and international companies using Luxembourg corporate structures.
Harneys’ Corporate team handles transactions involving corporate vehicles across Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Jersey and Luxembourg.
The practice’s experience spans private equity transactions, IPOs, public and private M&A and joint ventures.
