Harrell-Fish has acquired Ecofriendly Mechanical, strengthening its capabilities in sustainable HVAC and plumbing services while deepening its presence in Bloomington, Indiana.

Headquartered in Bloomington, Harrell-Fish is a full-service mechanical contractor providing installation, maintenance, and repair services across commercial and institutional markets, including healthcare, higher education, and government facilities. The acquisition is intended to combine Harrell-Fish’s scale and operational resources with Ecofriendly’s expertise in sustainability, expanding service capabilities while maintaining a strong local focus. The deal also highlights the rapid growth strategy behind the platform established by New State Capital Partners in late 2025.

Legal advisory services for the transaction were provided by Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP. Financial terms were not disclosed.
