Harrison Street Asset Management has expanded its Investor Solutions Group with several senior leadership appointments across North America, Europe and Asia as the alternative investment firm continues scaling its $110 billion asset management platform.
Dan Fanelli will serve as Managing Director and Co-Head of the U.S. Investor Solutions Group in New York, while James Choi will relocate from Tokyo to the U.S. West Coast as Managing Director and Co-Head of the U.S. Investor Solutions Group.
The firm has also named Dan Kim Managing Director in Chicago, where he will serve as an infrastructure specialist.
The executives join Jane Bowes, whose appointment as a London-based Managing Director focused on infrastructure strategies and capital formation was announced in August, and Michael Humphrey, who joined earlier in 2026 as Managing Director and Co-Head of Asia Investor Solutions in Singapore.
Collectively, the five Managing Directors bring an average of 19 years of industry and investor relations experience.
Fanelli joins from PGIM, where he was a Managing Director in the Institutional Client Group and Head of the Southern U.S. region, leading fundraising across real estate, infrastructure, private credit and private equity. He previously held a similar role at Brookfield Asset Management.
Kim joins from EQT Partners, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Consultant Relations for North America. His earlier experience includes Campbell Lutyens, IFM Investors and Aon Hewitt.
Harrison Street’s Investor Solutions Group now includes 50 professionals globally.
The firm manages $110 billion across real estate, infrastructure and credit strategies and serves more than 1,100 institutional investors and over 300 Registered Investment Advisors.
