Harvest Group: Acquisition Of Cartograph Expands Digital Commerce Capabilities

Harvest Group, an integrated commerce agency serving high-growth consumer brands, announced it has acquired Cartograph, a full-service Amazon agency known for its performance marketing expertise and focus on emerging brands. The deal marks the largest acquisition in Harvest Group’s history and significantly expands its scale, team, and capabilities within the Amazon ecosystem.

The acquisition strengthens Harvest Group’s ability to support brands across all stages of growth, particularly as Amazon continues to play an increasingly central role in retail. By combining Harvest Group’s integrated commerce approach with Cartograph’s deep Amazon specialization, the company aims to deliver more comprehensive and flexible solutions spanning retail, media, and digital commerce.

Founded in 2017 by Chris Moe and headquartered in Austin, Cartograph has built a reputation for strong client service and operational excellence, helping emerging consumer packaged goods brands scale from launch through sustained growth on Amazon.

The combined organization brings together two complementary models. Harvest Group offers a full-service platform designed to align strategy across in-store retail, digital commerce, retail media, and social channels, while Cartograph contributes specialized expertise in Amazon performance marketing and marketplace execution.

As part of the transaction, Harvest Group expects to approximately double the size of its Amazon-focused business and team. The expanded capabilities are intended to enhance service offerings, deepen media expertise, and improve outcomes for clients navigating increasingly complex omnichannel retail environments.

The acquisition follows Harvest Group’s recent growth investment from Mountaingate Capital, underscoring its continued focus on strategic expansion and scaling its integrated commerce platform.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
